Sahana Heiderscheidt is the Intake Operations and Patient Concierge Manager at Lumin Health. With a background in customer service, client management, and operations across diverse industries, she brings both empathy and efficiency to the patient experience. Guided by her training in Psychology and her MBA from Boston College, Sahana is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive entry point for patients as they begin their Lumin Health care journey. She is committed to ensuring each patient feels seen, heard, and cared for while also refining processes that make their experience smoother and more accessible. Outside of work, Sahana enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family in New Hampshire.
