Integration Psychotherapy
**Please note that unfortunately this program is currently on hold, however we plan to open enrollment again for the ketamine therapy integration psychotherapy program in the near future. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to working with you on your journey to healing.
Lumin Health Integration Psychotherapy Program (IPP) is a specific, targeted psychotherapeutic regimen to complement ketamine and Spravato (esketamine) treatment. It is designed to partner with the pre-existing, community-based psychotherapies to which a client is already availing himself/herself/themselves and not replace them.
The ketamine/Spravato (esketamine) treatment experience and the improvement it affords can generate new insights and resolve longstanding symptoms. The new insights gleaned can come into sharp conflict with long held negative belief about oneself and one’s capacity. In addition, resolving symptoms does not always yield the types of behavioral changes necessary to enhance one’s development and improve mood. For that reason, developing a specific psychotherapeutic program to help integrate the ketamine/Spravato (esketamine) experiences and the treatment they afford can compel more meaningful improvement and integration into wellness.
The IPP model consists of individual sessions with potential group-based sessions in the future.
Integration psychotherapy employs threads from numerous different psychotherapeutic styles, such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical therapy, behavioral activation, and others. Rather than dogmatically following a specific type of psychotherapy, integration psychotherapy is, by design, fluid and adaptive to circumstance.
