Does Elevance Health cover Spravato treatment?
Unfortunately, Lumin Health cannot accept Elevance insurance for our esketamine (Spravato) treatment program. There is always the option to self-pay though; so please get in touch with us anytime if that is an option for you.

Find a Spravato treatment center in your network. Esketamine (Spravato) is administered at REMS-certified treatment centers across the country. Johnson & Johnson's official locator at spravato.com lets you search by ZIP code, and the member-services number on the back of your insurance card can confirm which centers are in-network for your plan.
Ask your insurance plan for a referral. Your carrier's provider directory and member-services team can point you to in-network psychiatrists who offer Spravato or other treatment options for depression that hasn't responded to antidepressants
