I have had years of depression from Long Covid before I was sent by my psychiatrist to Lumin. They were very good about explaining the treatment and if I would be a good candidate. The first session was a great experience, with the provider going into full detail with me about what to expect, and how to help me prepare to get the full benefit of the medication. The offices are beautiful and each medication room was designed to help you have your most productive session. There are multiple ways to adjust the lighting in each room. There is a comfortable reclining chair to help you relax as much as possible. They offer eye masks, noise canceling headphones, and weighted or regular blankets. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable about all aspects of the treatment and will answer all of the questions that you might have. They also help you to decide what you would like to make yourself comfortable. There are even drinks and snacks that you may bring in with you to treatment. I have found this treatment life changing. The depression that Long Covid is now almost completely gone after only five weeks of treatment. After the very first treatment, I noticed marked improvement. Most treatment begins with twice a week for four weeks, then slowly tapers down to weekly, by-weekly, etc. I am on week 6 and I feel, mentally, like I did before I had my first case of Covid. With such a dramatic result, I truly hope that more people with Long Covid depression to seriously consider this treatment. This does not cure all of Long Covid, but could definitely be a big step to living a full life. I am extremely grateful for Lumin Health for helping me get a big chunk of my life back.

I’ve been going to the Harvard Square Lumin clinic for the past three months and the staff have been so warm, communicative, and accommodating - a must obviously when you’re doing the kind of work Lumin is. I have always felt accepted and supported during my sessions ( for example I have had a couple of panic attacks while working through stuff and can’t imagine a better space and set of people to have there to hold and help me come down). Of course there isn’t a miracle cure for major depression but Lumin has been a great tool to help me get back to a place where I’m able to utilize my other skills to manage this!

Since then it’s been an absolutely amazing experience, and the staff do extremely well at making sure you feel comfortable and safe. For anyone interested in this type of therapy, this is the place to do it. The staff are extremely kind, informative, and really show how much they care about you and your wellbeing. Easily 5 stars, and I would do 6 if that were possible.
