Dr. Fletcher is a Harvard-trained, board-certified psychiatrist who believes in emotionally genuine, compassionate care to help patients develop and maintain resilience and stability in their long term health. She has trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as well as MDMA-assisted psychotherapy through MAPS; she has particular interests in how psychedelic treatments can help treat some of the long-term sequelae of adverse childhoods, which can be notoriously challenging to treat. In addition, Dr. Fletcher specializes in attachment and mental health, with a primary focus on the lifelong consequences that can originate from disruptions in critical early relationships. Her interest in early life stretches nearly 2 decades, encompassing undergraduate and PhD level research focused on how illness during pregnancy can lead to poorer outcomes for both mother and baby. She completed her medical school training at Harvard Medical School and her residency at Harvard’s community hospital, Cambridge Health Alliance, where she continues to teach and mentor resident psychiatrists.
