DI\! Anhedonia associated with stress has not been systematically studied, but anhedonia as a unique neuropsychiatric symptom has been (see https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35292831/). Anhedonia is often parsed from the broader symptom cluster of depression and regarded separately. While I can’t say for certain, translating some of the studies into real world experience lends some good suggestions that ketamine can treat an independently anhedonia.
